use it wisely!
Whether at the office, at school, at home, wherever we might be, we are always ON. We struggle to turn it OFF even when we are going to sleep or on weekends.
One thing that we are missing is a simple technique that allows us to turn OFF.
Transcendental Meditation (TM) very easily and naturally, allows us to create that space of complete OFF time and recharge our energy flowing to our heart, mind and body. Let’s regain the light of our true self by pulling away from noisy life and access the source of energy and happiness that is already within us.
What is 20minTM
TM or Transcendental Meditation is a very easy, effortless, natural mental technique. We use TM to settle the mind down, get deep rest, and get rid of anxiety and deep rooted stresses.
These effects will contribute greatly to our wellbeing.
Scientific researches show that the daily practice of TM has great effects to our health and wellbeing.
Experiences of TM practitioners:
2x 20 minutes daily peace means a lot during the day. I can fall a sleep much easely since I learned TM and I can just quite down that noise in my head.
The effects of morning meditation last till the evening practice. I am more calm and content. I can manage my daily issues more easily.
In these hectic days we forget about someone who is very important, ourself. There is alway someone or something which is more important than me. If we do not take care of ourselves in a long run inevitably we will face burnout or even depression. If I practice TM twice a day I am more energetice, more happy and more compassionate. I can handle others and situation much better.
Beside all the great effects of the practice, for me the best thing about TM is that tender feeling what I experience during the practice.
After TM, I am much calmer. I can think more creatively. It is great to just step out from the craziness of the day.
It is just simply goood!!!!
With a very simple, easy technique I can help myself. I am more energetic, balanced, harmonious.
It is very easy to use. I can use it almost everywhere. It reduced my stress and my anxiety. I am very happy that I learned it.
“You have to give yourself a beak. You have to give yourself a moment to revive, unplug, rejuvenate. Transcendental Meditation does that for me.”
– Katy Perry

People who practice TM
Dr. Oz speaks about TM
TM on Good Morning America
TM is the only meditation practice that has been shown to reduce blood pressure… all other meditation techniques, including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction are not recommended in clinical practice to lower blood pressure.
Perhaps its greatest benefit is that it’s relatively quick to learn and easy to master. No waiting weeks or months of practice before you see results
According to both the Australian CSIRO and American Heart Association (AHA), the TM technique is the only meditation technique that has been shown to effectively reduce high blood pressure.
A 2009 study found Transcendental Meditation helped alleviate stress in college students, while another found it helped reduce blood pressure, anxiety, depression and anger.
